By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

• You will use the app only for legitimate, personal purposes.
• You will provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• Misconduct, deception, or abuse is not permitted.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may block or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

4. Content

• You will only post content (such as photos and descriptions) you have rights to and that does not violate the law or third‑party rights.
• You grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to display and process your content within the app to operate the service.

5. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but provide no guarantees. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or features.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months (if applicable).

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary for security or compliance.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the app. By continuing to use the app, you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
